… the unexpected life situations has become a real burden for me these days… We all know how hectic the Pre-Hoslidays Season is for all knitters; amateurs do their “gift” knitting and pros do the same plus working on new patterns…
And then, life happens, and priorities have to change, because it’s unavoidable… Taking care of a sick family member is what is taking up most of my time and I am not complaining about it at all, I am just trying to figure out how to do it in a proper way so that it doesn’t create a “gap” in my work: I don’t like disappointing people… I cannot always achieve that, thus, I have to admit that some time “off” will help. I decided to take things one at a time as this Holidays Season is approaching.
As you may know,I am running the “Heal the World” KAL in Ravelry, followed by the “12 Days of Xmas MKAL” and that’s it for a while. Time to rest, recharge batteries, as they say, and time to be with the family is a real priority for now and I think you will agree with me on that…
Life happens and it is not always fun; it’s also time for reflection and doing one’s best to overcome the difficulties and face the future in hope.
I am taking a short (and much needed) break from posting on the blog, I’ll keep knitting and designing “offstage” during the Holidays, but I promise I’ll be back asap with new content and new patterns and tips.
I wish you a really, really Happy Holidays time in the company of your loved ones, celebrating and having fun!May all your wishes come true and may all your knitting keep you happy! See you soon!!!
