…then Greek Easter ( a week later) and getting ready for May 1, I managed to release my neon yellow Half Lemon Pi Shawl and it is now available for purchase on Ravelry. I think this colorway that Lise has created ust puts a smile on my face and, boy, do we need reasons for smiling these days. I find knitting and reading help me keep a balance between work and family chores, I just wished I had some more time for exercising. I’ll just have to make time, I guess.
Working on improving the look and layout of my patterns, making them more accessible and easy-to-read is my goal for the upcoming months. I need to give them a fresher, minimalist look, especially those released almost a decade ago. I confess that going through those .pdf’s and updating them to a similar look has also tempted me to re-visit some of those patterns and, maybe, knit new samples, using different yarn bases. I still feel inspired to creating brand new patterns, too; in fact, I am working on a secret project these days that I think you will find interesting.
I hope you had a happy, peaceful Easter or Passover, if you were celebrating, and that your knitting also brings a smile on your face. See you soon and, until then, keep knitting!
