…wip I have managed to finish this year and how I feel about each one. I’ll start with projects from other designers’ patterns and will proceed with my own designs tomorrow.

“Think Big” is a pattern by Deborah Newton that appeared in Vogue Knitting Magazine. I “magnified” the pattern a bit, using chunky yarn and customizing gauge! I love how casual it looks this way!

I completed some easy crochet lace shawl back in March 2018. The pattern is Asteroflora Shawl by Amy O’ Neill Houck and the handdyed recycled silk yarn I used produced a very stylish result. Very happy with this one.

Then my sockknitting mania strack me and I started knitting socks by Joji Locatelli. Two Color Socks in August:

Then  Beachgrass Socks in September:

Finally, Indigo Leaves in November:

Needless to say I’m thrilled about them all! Not many projects from other designers, but these are only the finished ones; I’ve got some wips on my needles, but there is still work to be done!
