…my back hurts…yes, too much knitting and typing and bad posture… I guess many of you have been there. I really try to “listen” to my body, but one can’t control everything and deadlines must be respected. Thank God it’s Saturday! Some back relieving yoga poses, my favorite stretch (aka Trikonasana) and meditation to de-clutter my mind. Sometimes taking a day off can be such a good idea!
